To add items to your weekly order you will need to create an account. Complete the form here, ensuring you pick the round that fits with your address location. You may then browse the website and add items to your cart.

Delivery costs £1 per weekly delivery.

Subscription: Your weekly order which once paid for, renews every week, the same as last week unless amended. Our new website allows you to amend this subscription so that you can receive the items you like each week with one payment taken from your account, the day before your delivery day.

Order: The products you will receive on a given week as per your selection. Please note, you have the ability on your subscription page to edit specific orders in the future, such as skipping a week or changing a specific order.

Delivery: Your order which arrives on a set day as per the round selected, straight to your door. Expect this delivery between 9am and 5pm.

The delivery day depends on which area you live in and which round you signed up to. Payment for the first order is taken immediately. After this payment is taken the day before delivery. The delivery and payment days are as follows:

  • Bluebell delivery Tuesday, Payment Monday.
  • Buttercup delivery Wednesday, payment Tuesday
  • Clover delivery Thursday, payment Wednesday
  • Daisy delivery Saturday, payment on Friday

To make sure your goods are ready and payments are processed correctly we have to cut off changes and new orders a day before delivery. The cut off time for your round is as follows

  • Bluebell delivery Tuesday, cut off at 8am on Monday
  • Buttercup delivery Wednesday, cut off at 8am on Tuesday
  • Clover delivery Thursday, cut off at 8am on Wednesday
  • Daisy – delivery Saturday cut off at 8am on Friday

Once the cut off time has passed for that week, you will be unable to amend your subscription or browse the produce on this website. On the evening of your delivery day, the site will become available again.

Any changes after 8am the day before your delivery day will be made to your delivery the following week rather than your delivery this week. The cut off times exist so we can process your orders ready for delivery.

At the moment we are delivering 9am to 5pm. Occasionally we may over run if there have been issues on the day. If we are running late we will be in touch with you.

You can’t change your first order. If you try to change your first order before your first delivery then it won’t work, but it will update the following delivery.

To pause your subscription for one or more weeks then:

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page and login
  • Under “Subscription Status” at the top right click “Pause subscription”
  • Your Subscription will now be paused until you choose to resume. The system will remember all your order details for when you are ready

Don’t forget this won’t work after 8am on the day before your delivery is due. Any changes made at this time will be applied to the following delivery

To resume your subscription then:

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page and login
  • Under “Subscription Status” at the top right click “Resume subscription”
  • Your Subscription will now be resumed, with your original delivery day.

Don’t forget this won’t work after 8am on the day before your delivery is due. Any changes made at this time will be applied to the following delivery

If you just want to pause your subscription for one or more weeks then please see the section above. If you want to permanently cancel then:

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page and login
  • Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the Instructions.
  • Once complete no further payments will be taken

You won’t be able to cancel your subscription after 8am on the day before your order is due for delivery or your first delivery.

No, unfortunately at this time you can only add products to all future orders. The best way around this is to add the products, then after the order is delivered remove them.

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page and login
  • Browse the site and click “ Add to existing subscription” on your desired product
  • A prompt will appear confirming the addition and the delivery cost. Click confirm on this and it will be added to your subscription.

If you want to remove products from just your next order but not all future orders then

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page and login
  • Click “Make one off changes to your upcoming orders”
  • Now you can change the quantity

Don’t forget this won’t work after 8am on the day before your delivery is due. Any changes made at this time will be applied to the following delivery.

On this screen you can also manage your future orders. For example if you know you would not like a delivery in two weeks time, you can skip an order by clicking the red 'Skip order' text.

Unfortunately for payments to process properly and for us to ensure we have your goods no changes can be made to orders after 8am on the day before delivery. After this time you will not be able to access your subscription or view products on the website until the evening of your delivery day.

We operate a cashless delivery service. All payments are taken online and renewed each week on the day before your delivery day.

Our drivers have been asked to leave your deliveries on your doorstep and trained to maintain a social distance of 2 metres at all times. All vans are provided with COVID-19 effective disinfectant as well as hand sanitiser.

Please email milkround@bluebelldairy.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it as quickly as we can.

At 8am the day before your delivery a cut off comes into force where the round is closed for alterations. You are redirected to this page during this time whilst we prepare your orders for delivery. In the evening of your delivery day, the website becomes available again for amendments the following week.

Our system is setup for subscriptions. However, you can make an order and after it is delivered select 'Pause subscription' in order to pause your deliveries, effectively cancelling until you require another delivery in the future.

Only one subscription can be created per email address. If you require another subscription, either for another round or the same round, you can sign up using another email address.

If you had a subscription with our old system, we have migrated you to this site, along with your weekly subscription. Please see your emails for an activation link in order to login and set a password.

At this current time it is not possible for us to give you a delivery estimate or provide delivery tracking. We are looking into ways of improving this in the future.

The farm park is currently closed. We are still selling milk and 500ml Ice cream from the farm. However we will be setting up a No contact Click and Collect service shortly.

YES, it has been fantastic to see how popular this is and we do intend to carry it on. However it does depend on whether or not enough people continue to support the service. It will also be likely that we have to change delivery times and days once lockdown ends. We are currently investigating packing for keeping the ice cream cold, so that we could deliver early morning and leave it on your doorstep. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for information and we will contact you by email if anything changes.
